The Blue Orchid Business Planning Workshop is a 1 day workshop looking at all aspects of starting up and running a new business; from getting the right mindset to basic financial control techniques, understanding the customer and writing a business plan. The format for the day is working through a business plan template to give all attendees a head start with their planning.  The Blue Orchid trainers are highly experienced bringing a wealth of advice and guidance to the session.  A must for any would-be entrepreneur in the early stages of planning their business.
