In this seminar, we’ll be looking at a number of tools which will help you analyse your business, spread your message and communicate effectively with your customers.
• Analyse your business in Excel: We’ll be looking at databases, sorting & auto-filters, interactive analysis & charts.
• Collaboration: We’ll look at how you can record your contact details in Excel, for mail-merged personalised letters using Word or personalised email using Outlook
• Spreading the message: We’ll provide some hints & tips on PowerPoint, how you can set up “standard” emails and produce Electronic Brochures as ‘PDF’s.
• Keeping in touch: We’ll explore the use of contacts, and how the “journal” can be used to show interactions. Powerful facilities within Outlook are often overlooked, and we’ll consider customised add-ons.
• Internet “Baddies”: We’ll help you avoid Viruses & Spyware, Phishing & Spam
This event ISN’T a training session; it’s aimed at making you aware of possibilities. It’s intended as an interactive and ‘shotgun’ approach, with questions & participation throughout.
